• 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple
  • 4 cup plain yogurt or kefir
  • Place fruit, honey or maple and yogurt into a blend
  • Mix and process in an ice cream maker
  • Freeze as you would ice cream

Notes: Store bought ice cream has a preservative that keeps it from getting rock hard. I set mine on the counter before we eat dinner (about 10 minutes) before I try to serve it
