Our bodies are comprised of micro-organisms which we need to “feed” the same way we feed and nourish ourselves for our health and well being.  Including fermented food and beverages to your diet helps increase the number and variety of microbes in your gut that aid in digestion and other processes. During this group class, Dawn will illuminate the benefits of building fermented and cultured foods to your diet, and demonstrate a few recipes to add to your repertoire.  Once you’ve got a hang of the basic principals and techniques you’ll be able to use the brine recipe to ferment just about anything, creating healthy, traditional meals from foods your family already loves!
