Russian Custard

filled clear glass cup
  • PER PERSON
  • 2 egg yolks (raw)
  • 1 tsp honey (raw)

Instructions

  1. Put egg yolk and honey into a bowl or a stand mixer. Whip on high for 2 to 4  minutes.
  2. Pour into ramekins you can freeze enjoy like ice-cream or freeze. Enjoy!
